REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our finished products are custom-made and printed to order, we are not able to accept returns unless a) the Graphics or any digital print was misprinted or incorrect b) the transfer paper has a valid quality issue that renders it useless.
While we request that they provide hi-resolution images in the accepted format (.tiff or .jpg), we cannot control the actual quality of your Graphics.
Requests for returns or refunds must be made 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us to request a Return / Refund form which must be fully completed and returned to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the form. You must provide photographic evidence of your reason for return/refund. In the case of misprint or incorrect print, we will resend to you the identical Products with the same Graphics reprinted. Refunds will be given to incorrectly charged purchases or purchases that were canceled after payment.
Damages incurred to your purchase after tendering to the carrier will not be returned or reimbursed by us. You will have to file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
